Poco Loco Pop has no user accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to or close. To delete data related to your use of the game, email info@singularsunshine.studio with the subject "Poco Loco Pop – Data Deletion Request".
How to request deletion
- Email info@singularsunshine.studio with the subject "Poco Loco Pop – Data Deletion Request".
- Tell us your device type (Android or iOS). If you can, include your device's advertising ID so the data linked to it can be found.
- We will confirm your request by email and complete it within 30 days.
Your game progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game.
What gets deleted
- Advertising and usage data linked to your device identifier, through a deletion request we submit to Unity Ads on your behalf.
- Any emails or support messages you have sent us about the game.
- Local save data and settings, when you uninstall the game.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records are held by Google Play or Apple, not by us, and are kept according to their policies and tax laws.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
- Records of your deletion request itself are kept for up to 12 months so we can show the request was completed.
Limit data without deleting
You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
